COMPOSITION
Selected pigs reared in staw barns and fed on organically grown cereals and oleaginous/proteaginous seeds. Lean pork meats, organically grown spices, Guérande salt - a sea salt naturally rich in minerals - provide a truly authentic flavour. The meats chopped with a large head grinder, encased in natural gut, aged slowly and naturally in our drying rooms, guarantee the traditional flavour of premium dry sausages.
